FPE Registration procedure

TO ALL FRESHERS
FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC EDE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

After you’ve received notification of admission here are the steps to follow for registration

1.      Pay for acceptance fee, (and conversion fee if you chose ft but given dpt)

2.      Print your conversion receipt, admission letter and two copies of acceptance then proceed to the bursary, you will be asked to come back for a signed and stamped copy

3.      Go to your course adviser (your department) for eligibility form (to confirm if you can pay school fee)

4.      Pay your school fee and print the following documents

Course form, library access form, biodata form, medical form

School fee receipt; print two copies and proceed to the bursary, you will be asked to come back for a copy which would have been signed and stamped

Course form; go to your department to be signed and stamped by your course adviser or HOD

Library access; proceed to the library for signature and stamp, you will be given time to come back for the library card and ID card

Biodata and class attendance clearance will be the last thing to be signed and stamped by your school officer( i.e your faculty) when you through with everything

medical registration

Proceed to the medical centre as early as 6am because there is always a long queue and the number of people they can attend to is limited. So its on the basis of first come first serve.

Your blood sample will be collected and you will be asked to come back for the result same day. Without wasting time,

Proceed to the XRAY unit at the back of medical centre for XRAY test, the radio radiographer will tell you when to come back for your result.

After obtaining your result from both medical centre and XRAY unit, insert the medical clearance and the XRAY Result in the white envelope given to you then go drop it in medical at the designated place that you will be told. Also you will be told when to come for your signed and stamped medical clearance.

Print your ID card slip and submit at the designated place your ID card will be brought to your department then to your class through your rep.

All these said and done, make sufficient copy of each documents say 3 copies, then arrange in the given arrangement format.

Proceed to your faculty for submission and a copy of signed and stamped class clearance will be given to you to certify that you are now a registered student of federal polytechnic Ede.
